Bayan haka hajji daya ne daga cikin shika-shikan musulunci guda biyar kuma dukkanin wata bauta a musulunce ba a karbar ta sai anyi ta bisa ilmi kuma bisa koyarwar Manzon Allah (SAW). 

Manzon Allah yace: “kuzu anni manasika kum” (Ku riki salon aikin hajjin ku daga gareni). 

“Hajji da Umrah a Saukake” littafi ne dana rubuta shi domin yin bayani game da aikin Hajji da Umrah kamar yadda Manzon Allah ya koyar kuma ya karantar. 

Na rubuta littafinne da niyyar karantar da alhazai maniyyata aikin hajji, da daliban ilmi da sauran al’ummar musulmi baki daya. 

Littafin na kasa shi ne bisa babi hudu.  Babi na daya zuwa na uku na tattauna ne akan sharudda, rukunai, nau’ukan aikin hajji da yadda ake yin kowane daya daga cikin au’ukan hajjin da abubuwan dake bata hajji. Da kuma muhimman hukunce-hukuncen da suka shafi mata kadai.

Sannan babi na hudu kuma na tattauna ne akan ziyara zuwa Madina tare da ladubban ziyarar.

Ina rokon Allah madaukakin sarki Ya gafarta wa duk wanda ya karanta wannan littafin, Ya datar dashi sunna da shiriyar manzon Allah (SAW), ya kuma karbe shi gareni a matsayin hidima ga addinin sa. Kuma Allah Ya sakawa wadanda suka taimaka wannan littafi ya tabbata da gidan Aljanna.

ABSTRACT

This study was carried out on assessment of pain management among nurse anaesthetists in Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital, Lafia. A descriptive, non-experimental survey method was used  to obtain accurate information for the study from the population  The objectives determine ways by which the nurse anaesthetists manage pain, find out how to assess pain on patients, to identify the factors that affect effective pain management in the hospital. Data were collected using questionnaire with 4 sections where sections B, C and D contains ten (10) closed and one (1) ended question. Analysis was done using descriptive tables, inferential statistic of chi-square to test the hypothesis. The descriptive statistics with frequency and percentage distribution is used to present the items. The chi square inferential statistics was used to present the testing of the hypotheses, at 0.05 alpha level of significance. From the findings,the respondents carry out pain assessment on their patients one time or the other but majority do so only when patients complain of pain.  Hence, they need to be consistent and effective in the manner they carry out the assessment of pain for best result. The need to update themselves for new trends in the assessment and management of pain, change of attitude, believe and behavior that contributes to underassessment and under treatment of patients. Unrelieved pain can become a syndrome in person's life and cause a deformity. Therefore, proper assessment and management of pain facilitates quick recovery, prevents additional health complications and improving individual quality of life thereby reducing mortality rate. Based on the above findings, the researcher recommends that, nurse anesthetists should consider the age of the clients when assessing or managing their threshold of pain, because adults has higher pain threshold than the children. The study showed that the higher the clients education the higher their threshold of pain and vice versa. Nurse anaesthetists shoud consider the educational level of clients when assessing/managing threshold of pain.

I read the book written by Brother Malam Dahiru Muhammad Zariya, which is explaining about the funeral regulations.  I found the book very important.  More especially that death is always around the corner. The author has tried a lot in discussing every issue according to the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). May Almighty Allah reward him abundantly, guide his family and forgive his parents.  May Allah bless us and him successful ending with iman. May He resurrect us with the most righteous, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). 

Though the book is written in brief so that every can afford a copy and read, but it is a duty upon every Muslim to broaden his knowledge about funeral, so that he can be guide by the guidance of the Prophet (PBUH), with the hope to be with him on the day of Judgment. 

May Allah provide us with so many scholars like Malam Dahiru who are propagating the teaching of the prophet to Muslim Ummah in their own language and in a very goodway.

The place of guidance and counseling in school setting is geared towards helping students to understand self and take appropriate steps in making educational, vocational, social and psychological lifelong decisions. In addition the child's or student's welfare and the promotion, establishment and maintenance of a sound social relationship in a group is another main concern of guidance and counseling.

If a normal person can be guided and counseled. It is the special need person that needs this service most for the simple fact that he is already in trouble or problems of disability. Therefore, persons without disability need to make them (disabled) understand that not all hope is lost as if one is rendered disabled in one way he/she can still make it the other, way round.

To successfully achieve rehabilitating the mind, professional counseling skills and techniques are to be involved which include among others: empathy, reassurance, encouragement, adequate cross checking, reflection of feelings, respect for the worth and dignity of the disabled, effective verbal and nonverbal communication and also unconditional positive acceptance. With these techniques the client will understand himself well, self-disclose and accept his/her condition.

With the recent coming of the inclusive education formally referred as integration is not sufficient to address the needs so long as they are not valued and respected. They need to have that sense of worthiness and capable of doing it if given necessary support, so as to develop “a success identify” 

Furthermore, a counselor should avoid the mistake of giving false re­assurance to the client as there may be lack of confidence on the counselor. Another important point here that is worthy of mention is the use of team approach in guidance and counseling. Apart from the professional counselors, there should be, other professionals such as: pediatricians, psychologist, social workers, nutritionists, speech and hearing therapists, ophthalmologists etc.
